Leadership Pathway provides all the materials necessary to raise up eight to twelve leaders annually better prepared for meaningful and effective congregational leadership.

The heart of Leadership Pathway is a system of building relationships and leadership capacity through easily manageable mentoring meetings and thought-provoking weekly emails. Once the leader (can be the pastor or other lay leader) has recruited potential leaders, the rest is a matter of plug and play.

This free resource will deliver monthly email packages to the leader that include an overview (audio and printed) of that month’s theme, an agenda for the mentoring meetings, and weekly emails that the leader will send directly to the participants.

Leadership Pathway has been field tested for nearly a decade and is now available “in a box” at Concordia Market. It is offered to the Church at no charge. While it was designed for congregational use, it has application for other organizations who need to develop leaders.
