Leadership Pathway

Introducing a 12-month process for raising up, equipping, and training lay people for leadership in the workplace, community, home, and congregation.

Every path is made easier with signposts. Leadership Pathway provides monthly resources to help congregational leaders take a group of potential leaders down a pathway toward significance. Like a personal trainer who serves as a conscience and encourager for people to accomplish the important over the urgent, this service will keep congregational leaders on task in the process of raising up additional leaders. Leadership Pathway will provide the signposts; congregational leaders and their potential leaders will walk the path.
